Students will be housed in the Lake Claire apartments which comprise fifteen buildings arranged in three courtyards. These apartments have four bedroom, two bathroom units with living rooms and kitchens. The kitchens include a full-size refrigerator with plenty of cabinetry and sinks. Students may provide their own microwaves for the kitchen area.

Cost of housing is $400 per week. There will be trained resident/conference assistants on site who assist with check-in/out, lockouts, enforcing lights out, and keeping the students safe. Program staff are trained according to UCF’s youth protection policies and undergo background checks prior to hire.

Meal service is not included in the housing fee, but there are several on-campus dining halls and food outlets. The food court includes Starbucks, Bento Sushi, Smoke and Donuts, Huey Magoo’s, Panda Express, Qdoba, Steak n Shake, Smoothie King, and Which Wich amongst others.
