RESIDENTIAL CAMPER RULES

I have reviewed the Youth Protection Program pick up authorization form, and give my camper permission to sign themselves in and out of camp.

I have reviewed Youth Protection Program open lunch permission form, and give my camper permission to get lunch on/off campus without a staff member present. Please note the program does not take any responsibility for students in these instances.

I have reviewed the UCF housing community rules and understand that there is a curfew at 10 pm, after which my camper needs to be in their room. 

I understand that my camper may not leave campus at anytime unless the camp director receives written permission from me, the parent. The program is not resposnible for my camper while they are off campus.

I understand that if my camper does not return their key on the last day of camp, I will be billed $75 for the university to make a key replacement.

My camper knows that they cannot have opposite sex person(s) in their suite at any time.

I understand that if my camper violates any of these rules, they will be dismissed from the program and no refunds will be given.
